Original games and intellectual property
MoneyBot Games publishes original MoneyBot code, mechanics, writing, and commissioned or properly licensed assets. We may learn from broad game genres, but we do not copy or rehost third-party games, source code, characters, names, levels, audio, or artwork. If you believe something was used improperly, contact kahlil@getmoneybot.com.
Educational safety
All financial examples are fictional or educational demonstrations. Nothing on this site is individualized investment, tax, legal, or credit advice. Games avoid shame-based feedback, paid loot boxes, deceptive urgency, and manipulative engagement mechanics.
Accessibility standard
- Keyboard and touch support where the mechanic allows it.
- 44px minimum interactive targets on mobile.
- Readable contrast, semantic labels, and visible focus indicators.
- Reduced-motion support and opt-in audio.
- Useful, non-shaming win and loss feedback.
Accessibility is part of the release gate, not a future add-on. If a game blocks you, email us with the game title, device, browser, and what you were trying to do.
Privacy and local progress
The arcade currently stores favorites, recent plays, levels, and XP in your browser's local storage. That data stays on the device unless a future account feature clearly asks for permission. Clearing browser storage resets it. The site does not require a player account to launch a game.
Quality evidence
Elite status requires a score of 90 or higher plus browser, mobile, performance, accessibility, and independent Codex review. Labs and candidate builds are not represented as Elite.
